Step 1: Share Your Feedback

If your child is struggling, not enjoying their classes, or has lost interest, we’d love to hear from you. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’re here to help! Sometimes a small change can reignite their love for dance.

Step 2: Handing in Your Notice

To officially hand in your notice, please email us at hello@kokodanceacademy.co.uk.

Per our Terms & Conditions:

  • Notice must be submitted by the 7th of the month to stop payments for the following month.

  • Submitting notice via email ensures your request is documented and processed efficiently. Texts and WhatsApps are easily missed!
     

Step 3: Final Payment

Depending on when you hand in your notice, there may be one final payment required. This isn’t a punishment for leaving but simply helps us cover essential costs like:

  • Teacher wages

  • Admin and processing fees

  • Rent and other overheads

  • ​

​These payments help us manage our committed monthly overheads and ensure other families can continue to enjoy our sessions for years to come. We appreciate your understanding and support!
