Step 1: Share Your Feedback (Optional)

If your child is struggling, not enjoying their classes, or has lost interest, we’d love to hear from you. Often, a small change can make a big difference!

Step 2: Notice / Cancellation Policy

We operate a 1 month notice period, with the deadline on the 7th of the month to stop payments for the following month.

Important: We do not accept notices via text or WhatsApp, as these can easily be missed. 

Once received, you’ll get an automatic confirmation that your notice is in our inbox.
 

You won’t hear back immediately — there are a few moving parts to organise on our side to ensure payments stop correctly. Emailing ensures your request is safely logged until everything is processed.

Step 3: Final Payment

If you miss the deadline, one final payment may be required. This is not a penalty — it covers committed monthly costs such as:

• Teacher and support costs

• Admin and processing (including booking and payment software)

• Studio rent and overheads

• Insurances
   

These costs are scheduled in advance, so the payment ensures other families can continue to enjoy our sessions for years to come. We appreciate your understanding and support!

Step 4: You're all sorted!

You don’t need to take any action during this time. We will email you once your notice has been fully processed. If you have any questions while waiting, please reply to the same email you used to submit your notice.

I love watching my students grow and learn through dance! Whether they're here for a long time, or it's short and sweet. I'll always understand when a child doesn't fancy carrying on - dance isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I wish every child the best when they move on.
