If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Please note that worn uniforms and personalised items cannot be returned or refunded.
We recommend trying on items and confirming sizing before wearing them in class.
When will I receive my order?
Uniform orders close on the 7th of each month for processing. Items typically arrive 2–3 weeks after the 7th and will be handed out to your child during their class as soon as they’re ready.
We don’t send individual delivery updates to keep things streamlined, but rest assured, your child will receive their uniform in class as soon as it arrives!
