You’ve been invited to perform at our exciting Christmas showcase!
Leave your costumes for our huge summer show in July… our showcase is one big performance from every class at KOKO. We will perform one dance each and perform in a big finale all together. It is expected to last roughly an hour and a half.🎄✨
If your child feels nervous but would like to take part, let us know – we’re very happy to support them.​ The more classes your child attends, the more dances they will be involved in.

The show is a favourite experience for many of our families, and we’re happy to put you in touch with another parent/carer if you’d like to hear about it from their perspective.

Participation is optional.

This deadline is strict. We need to know exactly how many dancers are taking part so that we can plan the production, rehearsals and backstage arrangements, as we have less than 3 months to plan.
Please make sure you register by the deadline if your child would like to take part.
The Performer Pass & Spectator Pass (£30 per child)
The £30 Performer & Spectator Pass secures your child's place in KOKO Bells and includes:

1 spectator ticket - so every performer has someone there to watch them

A special KOKO Christmas bauble to take home

Photography at no extra cost

A full recording of the Showcase, shared with families afterwards
As we are bringing the whole school together for one Showcase, audience capacity is limited. For this reason, every Performer Pass must include one spectator ticket.
Additional Spectator Tickets
Additional spectator tickets will be released through the KOKO webshop on Thursday 8th October 2026 at 6.30pm.

First come, first served and subject to venue capacity.

We will use the week after registration closes to calculate the number of additional tickets available.

No tickets can be reserved or requested in advance.

Additional tickets must be purchased online through the KOKO webshop.

Cash payments cannot be accepted, as all additional tickets must go through the same system to keep the first come, first served process fair for everyone.
If you need additional tickets, set a reminder for Thursday 8th October at 6.30pm.
A Call for Volunteers
We welcome parents/carers who would be happy to volunteer as backstage chaperones. Having more adults available to safely supervise children backstage means more children can take part without needing to use audience seating, which also allows us to make more seats available for spectators.
You'll also get to be part of the excitement backstage, experiencing the buzz of show day up close and seeing what goes on behind the curtain. (and you will watch your child dance, of course!)
What will we be wearing?
The correct KOKO uniform for your class, including the correct shoes if necessary. Show T-shirts are completely optional and not required for participation.
Photography & Video
Personal photography and filming are allowed but must be discreet. Please remain seated, avoid flash, and do not block views or capture other children unless permission has been given. By registering, you agree to your child being filmed/photographed by KOKO Dance Academy.
Children whose ClassForKids photo permission is set to “no” will not appear on social media.
All payments (including passes and merchandise) are final and non-refundable, so please ensure you can fully commit before registering. This policy is essential to cover event costs and planning made well in advance.
