Starting dance for the first time can be a big step, especially for shy little ones. At KOKO Dance Academy, we welcome every child gently, one step at a time, with encouragement, smiles, and lots of support. 💖
A warm welcome
We’ll greet you at the door and make sure your child feels comfortable as they enter. The first class can feel a little confusing, but don’t worry – we’ll be there to guide them, and KOKO Teddy is always nearby to provide extra comfort.
Finding their own pace
Our classes are independent, so grown-ups usually don’t stay to watch. If your little one feels unsure about being without you, we can plan a short transitional period – just let us know in advance. This helps ensure a happy, calm start to their dance journey.
Helping them settle in
Inside the class, every child is supported in their own way. Some enjoy gentle encouragement, while others prefer a little space – we follow their lead and celebrate every small step. By the end of the first class, some children have joined in, while others may just watch – both are perfectly fine. 🩰✨
Confidence at their own pace
Each child progresses at their own speed, and we’re here to support them every step of the way. Our goal is that each little dancer leaves feeling proud, happy, and excited to come back.
We’re here for you
Every child is different, and every child’s first class is unique. Your two week trial gives plenty of time to settle in, and we’re always happy to chat with parents. Got questions or thoughts? Just WhatsApp us – we love open communication and making sure every family feels supported. ✨
At KOKO, we believe every child can discover the joy of dance – even the shyest little dancers – and we’re here to make sure it’s a happy, gentle, and magical start. 💖
